Purchasing process for a card with logo:
- Choose the card you like and add the pieces you want.
- Complete your order by selecting a payment method and enter your shipping details.
- After completing your order, you will receive a Design Brief Form in your email to attach your logo to us.
- We prepare a mockup of your card, to get your approval.
- Ilo team prepares your order and activation codes will be sent to your email.
- Activate your card and link it to your digital profile.
*Delivery time is calculated from the moment the draft is approved.

- Once we have received your order and payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email with the subject line design brief. (Applies to cards with logo, full custom cards, ilo custom box)
- We prepare the order and send you activation codes by email. (Does not apply to wallets)
- Activate your product according to the instructions you receive. (Does not apply to wallets)
Delivery time
Shipping time is estimated at 10 business days after confirmation of the design brief for the required products. For other products, shipping time is up to 7 business days.
