Purchasing process for a card with logo:

Choose the card you like and add the pieces you want.
Complete your order by selecting a payment method and enter your shipping details.
After completing your order, you will receive a Design Brief Form in your email to attach your logo to us.
We prepare a mockup of your card, to get you approval.
Ilo team prepares your order and activation codes will be sent to your email.
Activate your card and link it to your digital profile.

*Delivery time is calculated from the moment the draft is approved.

Once we receive your order and the payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email with the subject “design brief.” (Applies to logo cards, full custom cards, ilo custom box)
We prepare your order and send activation codes to your email.
Activate your product according to the instructions you receive.

Delivery timeThe shipping time is estimated at 10 business days after the confirmation of the design brief for products that require it. For the remaining products, the shipping time is up to 7 business days.
