Purchase process
- Select the product you like by adding the items you want.
- Complete your order by selecting a payment method and entering your shipping details.
- Once we have received your order and payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email with the subject line "design brief." (Applies to cards with logos, fully customized cards, and ilo custom boxes.)
- We prepare your order and send you activation codes via email. (Does not apply to wallets)
- Activate your product according to the instructions you receive. (Does not apply to wallets)
Delivery time
The shipping time is estimated at 10 business days after confirmation of the design brief for the required products. For other products, the shipping time is up to 7 business days.
